Well the Badgers Hockey game Saturday night was slightly disappointing.  They ended up losing 4 -1.  They looked horrible honestly.  Although the refs were making horrible calls (if they made calls at all), I would only attribute 1 goal to the refs.  They had the power-play skills of the old Sauer teams…crap.  Their penalty kills were awesome, but they couldnt pass a puck to save their lives.  Also, nobody was EVER in the freakin slot!  So if the puck did get around the net, there was nobody there to take a second shot.  Weak.  Hopefully they will look a little better later.  Last year they started the season off slow also.  Im glad Amanda came over for the game.  Our tickets were kinda crappy…but a ton of people bought season tickets this year since they wont the championship last year.  We had a lot of fun though.

Finally got part of the shed done on Sunday night.  I only have 1 little section to finish, should have that done tonight since its gonna be mid 60’s today.  Cant wait. 

I realized I really need to get the snowblower fixed.  Im sick of shoveling the snow to the end of the driveway and then over.  Stupid rockwalls.  Winter is approaching fast!

Went to Quaker for all you can eat wings last night with Mandi and Lisa.  Broke my record of last time….22 wings!  I was so full though. 

Monday night I went with my Sister and James to see Broken Lizards “Beerfest.”  They are the same people who made “Super Troopers.”  Man was it hilarious…in the stupid hilarious kind of way.  For example, if you find the name of their restaurant funny (Shnitzngigglez) then you need to watch the movie.  Did I mention they show boobies?  Hehe.

Some may have noticed Im slowly getting my pictures back on the site.  I have a few I needed to clear off my HDD before I forgot.  More to come soon.

Well Blue Man group was sort of a let down.  Its understandable since this was a traveling show and they couldn’t do the same stuff.  I enjoyed them much more in Vegas though.

Mandi and I saw Flags of our Fathers Sunday morning on the Ultrascreen.  Simply amazing.  It was very powerful and I actually learned some stuff.  I never realized half of the stuff that went on there actually went on…Im not sure anybody really did.  There weren’t a lot of war scenes, but the ones it had were pretty grisly.  It mostly told the story of how the guys who “raised the flag” went around and tried to get people to buy war bonds. 

Im thinking of a little something different for the site…maybe throwing up some random “bathroom advice”.  Stay tuned to see the first one tomorrow

Sunday is the big day….Blue Man Group in Milwaukee!  Cant wait.  I saw them with my Mom and Sister in Vegas and it was awesome.  We will be poppin Mandi’s Blue Man Cherry sunday…She will love it though.  They are awesome and I recommend everyone seeing them.

Not too much else is going on.  Its been so rainy and cold I really havent done too much outside of the house.  Mandi wont be home till late tonight so that means either a mean run of gaming (<3 SW2) or a couple of movies she wouldnt watch anyways.  I really wanted to go see Flags of our fathers…but she kinda wants to go I think…So maybe Sunday morning.

Saturday was Mandi’s 10 year reunion in Milton. It was a pretty good night…but not because of the reunion. I mostly hung out with Cory, Roxy, Christian and Amy all night. Its been so long since I had seen them. We definately need to get together more often.

Anyways, the highlight of the night was Cory making Kate cry. Stupid dog-stealer deserved it though. After we had enough of the reunion we headed down to the Main Street Saloon in Janesville (mad props to Christian and Amy giving our drunk asses a ride ). Its one of my favorite bars in J-town, mostly because its cheap and usually not super busy. The other reason is because its where Dave hangs out. That guy cracks me up. He always has a funny story to tell, I miss hanging out with him too.

Sunday was brunch at Mandi’s parents house. We had like 12 people there. Of course we had enough food for like 25 people. It was delicious. We had a good time going through the reunion book of people and making fun of the funny things in it. It was the first time I have really hung out with Robert…hes pretty funny, not to mention a giant (hes 6′8″).

This week Im really hoping to finish the shed up. I have almost everything I need to finish it now. I dont think the weather is going to co-operate though…Im keeping my fingers crossed though.

Mandi and I went and saw Musky Love Saturday night at the Overture Center.  It was a pretty good show.  It had a couple of the people from Guys on Ice in it (that show really was awesome…I think it was better than this one overall).  It was loosely based on “Much Ado about Nothing”.  I would definately recommend it…gotta love how they make fun of the flatlanders….lmao.

Last night I found my new video game addiction.  Its called Samurai Warriors 2 (for the xbox360).  I remember playing it for the original xbox a few years ago.  I ended up playing it for 3 and a half hours straight (till 12:30am)…boy am I paying for it this morning, lol! 

I also fixed 1 of the problems in my car finally.  It was running really rough and giving me a bunch of misfires.  I have replaced so many parts it isnt even funny.  I got a new ICM for it (ignition control unit…its what ultimately tells the spark plugs to fire), and that didnt work ($200 down the drain) and then I installed the harmonic ballancer I have had sitting in my garage since last year.  At one time I thought that was the problem so I bought it.  Well I was like wtf…I have it, might as well try it.  Sure enough, that was it.  Apparently when I put the HB on last time (I have had to replace my Crank Position Sensor twice, the first time I crushed the keyway so it doesnt line up easy anymore) I had it off by about an 1/8″.  After I put the new one on, it fired up and purred again.  Im still getting a bunch of misfires…but at least im not setting codes anymore.  I still have my surging problem….looks like my tranny might be on the way out (I kinda have figured this for awhile…other problems).  I looked it up on clubgp.com in the forums and a lot of people have had the same problem (car seems to “surge” in 4th gear…looks like it is really the TC going in and out of lockup really quickly). 

Well I guess I should get back to work…so much to do…so little time to do it =(
