Global warming hoax and much more!

I found a GREAT article this morning.  It basically explains the whole bleeding heart liberal global warming BS.  I get made fun of EVERY time I say its not real, and this guys article funnily describes the ridicule I get everytime I mention it.  Thats OK, in a few years when the cooling trends start, I will have the last laugh, and people who know me know I will not let it go.  It gets brought up everytime I see people now…just wait!  Emails everyday!  Haha.  Anyways, here is the article:

I really havent played the wii all that much lately.  I need some games.  Hopefully within the next couple of weeks I will get some.  Until then I have been filling my time with Samurai Warrior 2 on the 360.  I love that game.

I have also started to finish the 2nd section of desk.  Im hoping to have it done soon…I need to finish up all these little projects I have, because I need to start a new project….Upgrading the basement.  Some wii games dont work because of the lighting we have.  It confuses the remote and will randomly turn it off.  Pretty crappy.

The fishing show is this weekend, I will be going with Cory as always.  Im not as excited as normal because they took away the good talks.  Now there is only 1 I really want to see.  I plan on buying a new worm rod for the one I broke last year….crappy lightning rod.  Good thing I got to use that on a whole 5 trips.

And to finish this post off, March 15th I will be having laser eye surgery.  YAY!  Im so excited to be able to wear real sunglasses again.  Its gonna be more expensive than I had originally thought ($1600/eye instead of ~$1200/eye) but well worth it in the end.  I figured with the cost of contacts and glasses etc, the surgery will have paid for itself within 10 or so years.  Im a little nervouse but really excited.  Cant wait!

wiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!

Well Sunday I waited in the cold at Circuit City for two hours and got myself a shiney new Wii console.  Its a decent system, but not as cool as the 360 still.  Modchips are out for it already and I may have to snag one when the homebrew software hits the market.  That was the best part about my original xbox, it was litterally able to do just about anything.  It could even be a PC or an old arcade game emulator.  The 360 has yet to be hacked (you can play backups already, but nothing else cool).  The wii should be pretty easy to do some nifty stuff with.

This morning I opened up Target and got a copy of Wii Play.  Its got 9 mini games and has an extra controller bundled with it, good news considering the “wiimotes” are pretty tough to come by.  My opening target also snagged me the only wiimote they got in stock today.  So now I have 3 wiimotes, should be good for awhile.

Mandi is hooked on the wii bowling.  She has kicked my ass everytime we play.  Its a good time though.

Well Pontiac has unveiled the new G8, the car that is replacing the Grand Prix line.  I am completely in love.  If I had the money to buy it, I would get it in a heartbeat.  It will also be available in a v8 with a 6 speed manual or auto tranny.  Its about time GM did something right.  Anyone want to buy one for me?  <3

Well is it cold enough for everyone yet?  A high of 1* tomorrow, thats gonna be cold.  They are talking wind chills of around -30*F.  Thats just crazy.

Wednesday Cory and I took off of work and did some Ice Fishing.  The morning was a bust, so we moved to Lake Farm and fished where I had been fishing.  I caught a bunch and ended up with enough for a meal.  Cory only caught 3 little ones.  Either way, it was still better than being at work.  The funny thing was that when we moved around, by the time we got to our next spot (maybe 20 minutes) my soda was always frozen solid.  That was cold enough for me, so definately no fishing tomorrow.

Today is Mandi’s Grandpa’s 80th birthday party.  Its a surprise and boy will he be surprised.  Mandi and her mom went around and taped happy bday wishes of his friends/family, and I made a dvd of it.  There wont be a dry eye in the place.
